Is this gym software for small gyms, or only CrossFit boxes?
Small independent gyms. Group fitness and Olympic-style weightlifting are the core. CrossFit boxes can run it too (programming, classes, billing, athlete portal), but CrossFit is not the product identity.
We run group classes and a barbell program. Does one plan cover both?

Do you charge processing fees on member payments?
BoxBestie does not take a processing cut. “No processing fees ever” is how OnePlan is sold. Card networks still exist. We don’t add a platform cut on top.
