How long is the free trial?
New gym accounts get a 30-day free trial.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. No credit card is required during the trial.
What happens after 30 days if I don't subscribe?
Staff editing goes read-only. Your athletes can still train.
How much does BoxBestie cost?
OnePlan is $79.99/month or $799.90/year, with unlimited athletes. Each additional location is +$40/month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Only within 7 days of your initial subscription if the service has not been meaningfully used, or where required by applicable law.
What if a payment fails?
There is a 14-day grace period on failed payments before your account goes read-only.
Do you charge processing fees on member payments?
No BoxBestie processing fees. Stripe's standard fees apply. Member payments go through your gym's own Stripe account.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Request an export at privacy@boxbestie.com and it is fulfilled within 30 days. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then may be permanently deleted.
I'm switching from another gym tool. Can I bring my members?
Yes. You can import your roster from a CSV file.
